Hello, I am Phil Howard and I am a fully qualified driving instructor. I have been helping people to pass their driving test since 2005 and have put over 50 new drivers on the roads during this period.
I now cover both the Blackburn and Bolton areas. My tuition car is a Citroen C4 Coupe which is fully dual controlled and air conditioned. My lessons are conducted in a relaxed, fun and friendly manner whilst remaining professional at all times. I am honest, punctual and reliable.
I have successfully taught drivers between the ages of 17 and 57 and many of my new pupils come from recommendations from those who have enjoyed lessons with me previously.
What makes me different from the competition is that unlike many instructors, I want to see my pupils pass and will not hesitate to put you in for your driving test as soon as you are ready.
Many other instructors like to save money by spending a lot of time sat at the roadside and also using the time you have paid for to pick up their next pupil - this is not my style. You will not be taken for a ride (except on your lessons!)
My lessons are tailored to your pace. If you learn quickly - you will be in for your test without delay.
