About Me
I'm Phil Howard and I have been a driving instructor since 2005. Prior to becoming a driving instructor I was employed by IBM as the manager of an email support team.
In addition to being a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) I have also qualified as a Forensic Road Collision Investigator and am an affiliate of The Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators.
My interests include driving, computers, reading, road safety, home cinema, motor racing and meeting new people.
I am currently living in Blackrod near Bolton with my fiancée Emma and two children.
